Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because our ebooks are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a download link has been provided or the file has been accessed. This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital goods.

Exceptions — Download Failures

We understand that technical issues can occur. If you experience a problem with your download, we will work to resolve it promptly. You may be eligible for a replacement download or refund if:

• Your download link fails to work and you contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
• You were charged but never received a download link or confirmation email.
• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable.

To request assistance, contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with your order confirmation number.

Cancellations

Orders for digital products are processed immediately. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been completed and the download link has been issued. If you placed an order in error, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to assist if the download has not yet been accessed.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms. We maintain detailed transaction records and will dispute any fraudulent chargebacks accordingly.
